How much is delivery?
We offer Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm or Friday to Sunday will be delivered the following working day.
Orders are sent via a tracked and fully insured service and will require a signature on receipt.
Delivery to the European Union is priced at £30 per order up to a value of £1000.
Delivery to USA is charged at £40 per order up to the value of £1000.
Delivery to the rest of the world is priced at £40 per order up to the value of £1000.
All international orders are sent via a tracked and fully insured service and will require a signature on receipt.
Can I amend my order?
All orders placed before 1pm are immediately processed to ensure we meet our next day delivery promise, therefore orders received before 1pm unfortunately can not be amended.
If you placed your order after 1pm please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I return an item?
We offer 14 day returns on items bought from our website.
Please note items bought in our 30% off sale are non returnable.
Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item using the contact us form and we will provide you with your unique return reference.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days and will be refunded back to the original payment method.
We require 7 working days to re-authenticate items that are returned back to us.
How can I track my order?
All items are sent via a tracked and fully insured service and once your order has been dispatched we will email you with your tracking ID information so you can track your order.

We take authenticity very seriously at Roh Roh and all items listed for sale on our website go through a meticulous authentication process.
Our team of experts with over 50 years experience in luxury designer fashion carefully examine each item for flaws and signs of non authenticity.
We also use a few third party companies to assist us in authenticating certain higher value items.
You can rest assured that we take every step to ensure that no non-authentic items make it on to our platform for sale.
What if I suspect an item I received isn't authentic?
We take every step possible to ensure that non-authentic items are never listed for resale on our platform. If you have concerns over the authenticity of an item you have received, please get in touch using the contact us form or via email@example.com and a we will happily have the item reauthenticated. In the unlikely event that the item is not authentic we will issue you with a full refund.
